(b) On August 7, 2006, HemoSense, Inc. (the “Company”) received the resignation, effective as of September 1, 2006, of Maria C. Navarro, the Company’s Executive Vice President, Operations and Research and Development to pursue another opportunity. The Company is actively seeking a replacement for Ms. Navarro.
