(1) | On February 16, 2010, NetLogic Microsystems Inc. declared a stock dividend, payable to all holders of record of common stock on March 5, 2010, of one share of common stock for each share of common stock outstanding. As a result, the reporting person received 225,567 shares of common stock on March 19, 2010. At the same time, pursuant to anti-dilution provisions of NetLogic Microsystems' equity incentive plans, options for 421,229 shares of common stock held by the reporting person on March 19, 2010 became exercisable for 842,458 shares of common stock, and awards of restricted stock units for 77,700 shares of common stock held by the reporting person on March 19, 2010 became exercisable for 155,400 shares of common stock. |
