On January 31, 2007, News Corporation (the "Company") and VeriSign, Inc. ("VeriSign") finalized the formation of a joint venture whereby the Company acquired a controlling interest in VeriSign's wholly-owned Jamba subsidiary, and Jamba was combined with the Company's Fox Mobile Entertainment assets to form a leading global provider of mobile entertainment.
