On November 10, 2010, David L. Ward, Jr., age 75, announced he would retire as a member of our board of directors effective December 31, 2010.  

On November 16, 2010, Lewis T. Nunnelee, II, age 84, announced he would retire as a member of our board of directors effective December 31, 2010.
