BLADEX ANNOUNCES QUARTERLY DIVIDEND PAYMENT
FOR SECOND QUARTER 2013
Panama City, Republic of Panama, July 17, 2013 - Banco Latinoamericano de Comercio Exterior, S.A. (Bladex) (NYSE: BLX), announced today a quarterly cash dividend of US$0.30 per share corresponding to the second quarter 2013.
The cash dividend was approved by the Board of Directors at its meeting held July 16, 2013, and is payable August 6, 2013 to the Bank’s stockholders as of the July 29, 2013 record date.
As of June 30, 2013, Bladex had 38,429,698.59 common shares outstanding of all classes.
Bladex is a supranational bank originally established by the Central Banks of Latin America and Caribbean countries to promote trade finance in the Region.
