On May 21, 2009, The Children’s Place
Retail Stores, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release containing results
for the Company's first quarter ended May 2, 2009. A copy of the
press release is being furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form
8-K.
