Other Event

On November 14, 2007, Royal Gold, Inc. issued a press release announcing an increase in the Company’s annual dividend from $0.26 to $0.28, payable on a quarterly basis. The first quarter calendar 2008 dividend of $0.07 per share is payable on January 18, 2008, to shareholders of record at the close of business on January 5, 2008.
