Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.
Officers of DineEquity, Inc. (the Company) will present to members of the investment community as part of a road show program that will begin on November 14, 2011 and end on November 18, 2011. A copy of the investor presentation to be used on the road show is attached to this Current Report on Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1.
