8.01      Other Events

 

Central Valley Community Bancorp (Company) has undertaken to provide Former Shareholders of Service 1st Bancorp (Service 1st) information with respect to the Central Valley Community Bancorp Escrow Fund (Escrow Fund) which was established for the benefit of the Company and the former shareholders of Service 1st in connection with the merger of the Company and Service 1st,  effective November 13, 2008.  A report of the assets and liabilities of the Escrow Fund at December 31, 2009 and the receipts and disbursements of the Escrow Fund for the year ended December 31, 2009 is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
