On August 7, 2006, 3D Systems Corporation issued a press release announcing that its conference call to discuss its financial results for the second quarter and first six months of 2006, which previously had been scheduled for 8:00 a.m. Pacific Time (11:00 a.m. Eastern Time) on August 9, 2006, has been rescheduled to take place at 5:30 a.m. Pacific Time (8:30 a.m. Eastern Time) on August 9, 2006.  A copy of the press release, which contains additional information regarding how to access the call and how to listen to a recorded playback of the call after it is completed, is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
