In fact, on February 16, 2007, Mr. Wood received 225,000 shares of restricted stock of Chemtura Corporation common stock at $12.06 per share, to be placed in his restricted stock account and earned in accordance with the provisions of the Company's 2007-2009 Long-Term Incentive Plan. |
