ITEM 8.01. OTHER EVENTS.
Charter announced today that it plans to open an office in the New York Metro area to house a limited number of senior executives later this year. Some direct reports and staff of the relocated executives will also relocate to the New York area office. Charter plans to leave in St. Louis most of the functions currently performed in St. Louis. No relocation of the functions housed in the Denver Corporate office is planned.
