As Charter Communications, Inc. (the “Company”) has previously announced, Thomas M. Rutledge was appointed President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company by the Company’s Board of Directors to be effective February 13, 2012. He also became a member of the Company’s Board of Directors at that time. Mr. Rutledge has succeeded Michael J. Lovett, who resigned as President and Chief Executive Officer and as a member of the Board of Directors of Charter on February 13, 2012.
