On March 14, 2014, an Advance Notice of Meeting was filed on SEDAR in Canada, announcing that International Tower Hill Mines Ltd.’s 2014 annual general and special meeting of shareholders will be held on May 29, 2014. The record date for the 2014 annual general and special meeting will be April 10, 2014. A copy of the Advance Notice of Meeting is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 hereto.
