On June 20, 2016, OpenText issued a press release regarding an agreement to acquire the customer communications management assets (the “Business”) of HP Inc., a Delaware corporation (“HP”). A copy of the press release is being filed herewith as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated by reference herein. The website address of OpenText is included in the press release as an inactive textual reference only.
